Endless analysis and perfectionism block your natural flow of creativity and momentum. But when you silence the noise and take a first imperfect step, ideas begin to emerge and progress becomes possible. Take a walk without your phone or the dog. Take the stairs when you can. Park far from the front door of the grocery store.

Taking your personal responsibility is another crucial layer. It’s easy to blame circumstances or other people for our delays or struggles, but the truth is: you have more power than you think.
